Post Details : – State Health Society of Bihar (SHSB) has released recruitment for 45,00 vacant posts of Community Health Officer under Advertisement No 02/2025. The Honorarium will be Rs40,000 per Month. In this, Rs32,000 per month will be paid as Fixed Remuneration and Rs8,000 per month as Performance Linked Payment Calculated on the Basis of Various Health Indicators. The process for shs Health Officer Online Form 2025 will start from 05 May 2025 and any interested candidate can apply online till 26 May 2025. Bihar CHO SHSB Notification 2025 : Age Limit

• Minimum Age : 21 Year
• Maximum Age : UR, EWS (Male) – 37 Year // BC, EBC (Male, Female) – 40 Year // UR, EWS (Female) – 40 Year // SC, ST (Male, Female) – 42 Year

Community Health Post 2025 : Eligibility

• B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of 6 months integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from academic year 2020 onwards. OR
• Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of 6 months integrated curriculum of Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from academic year 2020 onwards. OR
• B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) / General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) passed candidates who have completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) through IGNOU / Other State Public Health / Medical Universities as per Curriculum of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India (specified for eligibility of CHOs by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI)

BSHS Health Officer Recruitment 2025 : Surety Bond Details

• Successful candidates shall serve as CHOs at Health Sub Centres with the Distict Health Society (DHS) for a minimum period of 18 months from the date of Appointment, Failing which he/she shall compensate a recoverable amount equivalent to 06 months of total remuneration (Honorarium) equivalent to RS 2,40,000. No claim of transfer shall be entertained during this periods of 18 months.
